Classes are filled on a "first come, first served" basis. Registration will not be accepted by phone. Only a signed registration form will be accepted for class enrollment. You may contact the primary trainer, Ray Monks, at (704) 599-7600 or by email at for class schedules and more information. Please fax registration forms to (704) 599-7665. Payment must accompany registration. Faxed registrations will only be processed when payment is received.

Students not employed by Verifone Authorized Service Contractors (VASC) or Customer Specified Contractors (CSC) are required to gain authorization from the Verifone Regional Service Manager and/or District Sales Manager prior to registering for Verifone Courses.

Registration for Courses

Who May Attend:

Technicians employed by Verifone Authorized Service Contractors (VASC) or Customer Specified Contractors (CSC).

Prerequisites:

• Verifone Ruby: 6 months field experience and completion of Ruby Pre-Course.
• Verifone Sapphire/Topaz: Ruby Certified and completion of the Sapphire/Topaz Pre-Course.

1. Complete the enclosed registration form.
2. Ensure prerequisites are fulfilled.

Course Availability:

Courses may be cancelled up to 2 weeks before start date due to low enrollment. If a course is full, postponed or cancelled, the Trainer will contact you.

Cancellation Policy:

The Training Registrar must be notified at least 3 weeks prior to course start date to receive a full refund. Southern Pump & Tank cannot be held responsible for penalties incurred by airline ticket or hotel reservation cancellation or schedule changes.

Class Preparation

Daily Schedule

Class begins at 8:00AM each day and ends no later than 5:00PM. Verifone classes will be completed on Saturday. Homework, including both reading and writing, will be assigned.

Recommended Attire

We suggest casual attire that is suitable for sitting and walking. You are required to wear long pans (no shorts allowed) and closed toe shoes that are not made of plastic, nylon or canvas (safety requirement).

What to Bring

1. Small hand tools (pliers, screwdrivers).
2. Multimeter with AC/DC volt/ohm/current testing capabilities.
3. Anti-Static Wrist Strap (Wrist Straps are issued to dispenser course students).
4. Be prepared to carry several technical manuals and notebooks.
5. Laptop is required for Ruby and Encore/Eclipse classes only.

Expenses

You are responsible for all expenses, including travel, lodging, meals and entertainment.
