Window Rinse Systems

Many wash sites have huge glass windows designed into the buildings of their washes to allow the consumer to view their vehicle going through the wash process; some of the newer carwashes are housed in attractive “glass buildings” to provide additional exposure and further promote the wash site. The addition of the optional PurClean Spot-Free Glass Rinse feature provides the operator with an efficient, cost-effective system that is programmed to spray spot-free water through a uniquely designed manifold onto the glass to eliminate chemical residual, hard water and dirt build-up.

The PurWater system is a perfect combination of function and form, incorporating the versatility of variable Frequency Drive Technology operated by a Programmable Logic Controller.

The patent pending PurWater Succession Self Purging™ Filtration Technology is a totally physical process that eliminates the need and ongoing expense of antiquated bag or disposable filters while providing you with a consistent production of optimum engineered certified 5 micron product water for your specific wash application.

The PurWater system has also successfully addressed the issues of odor typically associated with reclaiming wash water. The system offers several options for odor control starting with our exclusive patent pending chemical-free Air Sparger™ Odor Control system, Enzyme or Ozone systems.

The PurClean Reject Recapture system guarantees optimum, cost-effective use of the PurClean Spot-Free Rinse system by providing a means of 100% utilization of all water processed through the system. The recaptured water, although not final rinse quality, can be effectively utilized by directing it to a number of accepted wash components and eliminates the need of introducing costly fresh water for the application.
